Ari Meyers

She was born Ariadne Meyer. Her mother is actress Taro Meyer, who appeared in the television soap opera "Another World". Ari Meyers, however, is best knwon for her role as Emma Jane McArdle in the 80s TV series "Kate & Allie". Her first major role was as the stepdaughter of Al Pacino in the movie "Author! Author!" in1983.
She followed this with "Kate and Allie" in 1984. In 1988, she left the show and used her earnings to finish her studies at Yale University; from there she graduated with honors and a double major in Philosophy and Theatre Arts. After graduating, she continued acting and also lent her voice in the recording of several audio books including: "The Amy Fisher Story", "The Wish", and "A Kitten's Tale". Her film credits include: "License to Kill", "Dark Horse" and "Dutch". In 2003, she appeared in the play "Theophilus North" in New York City, and in 2004 she participated in the play "Little Willy".
