Candace Cameron Bure

Cameron is best known for her role as Donna Jo "D.J." Tanner on the television show "Full House". She is also the younger sister of actor Kirk Cameron. She first started out acting in commercials, then eventually earning guest-star spots on a number of television shows, including "St. Elsewhere", "Growing Pains", and "Who's the Boss", and finally taking on aforementioned triumphant role in the 1986 sitcom "Full House".
The show, needless to say, instantly became one of the most successful sitcoms of all time. Its eight-year run still ranks it among the top series of all time. In between her stay on the show, she starred in a number of television movies such as "She Cried No", and "Night Scream". Following the series end, she guest starred on the network hits "Cybill" and "Boy Meets World", after which she temporarily took an acting break to raise her kids. More recently, she's starred in "I Love the '80s" and "I Love the '80s Strikes Back" as a commentator, and was the host of "50 Cutest Child Stars: All Grown Up" on the E! network, and guest starred in "That's So Raven". Cameron is married to NHL hockey player Valeri Bure (Valerij Vladimirovich Bure) with whom she has three children. They spend the majority of their time in the Fort Lauderdale suburb of Plantation, Florida where Valeri played for the nearby Florida Panthers.
