Dana Delany

The talented actress is best known for her two-time Golden-Globe nominated and two-time Emmy Award winning performance as Colleen McMurphy on the acclaimed hit television show "China Beach" which ran from 198891. During the show's run, she garnered intense media attention and popularity and subsequently starred in several feature films includig: "Light Sleeper", "Housesitter", "Tombstone", and" Fly Away Home", and TV movies such as "Promise to Keep" and "Wild Palms".
She also provided voice-over work in the 1993 animated feature "Batman: Mask of the Phantasm", and the "Superman" series as Lois Lane. During the latter 90s and early 2000s, she continued appearing in several TV series including the short-lived "Pasadena" and "Presidio Med"; TV movies including "True Women", "Resurrection"," A Time to Remember", and "Baby for Sale"; and indie feature films, such as "The Outfitters", "Mother Ghost", and "Spin". She also returned to the stage, on and off Broadway, in "Translations", "Dinner With Friends", and "Much Ado About Nothing". In recent years, she has guest-starred in among other shows "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit", "Boston Legal", "The L Word", and "Battlestar Galactica". Most recently she starred in the short-lived series "Kidnapped", and took on the role of Katherine Mayfair on "Desperate Housewives". In her personal life, she's known as a public supporter of various causes, most notably, campaigning for support in finding a cure for scleroderma and serving on the board of the Scleroderma Research Foundation.
