Geri Halliwell

A.k.a Ginger Spice. Halliwell is the oldest member of the Spice Girls, and was often considered the group's leader. She was also the first leave the band to pursue a solo career, and in many ways, was the most successful of all the girls in terms of having a successful solo career, selling some 4.5 milions album worldwide and recieving a Brit Award nomination.
her best known songs include: "It's raining men", "Look at me", "Bag it up", "Mi chico Latino". She has also released two autobiographies in "If Only" and "Just for the Record", detailing her rise to fame and her turbulent celebrity lifestyle. Halliwell gave birth to a daughter in 2005, and while she did not confirm who the father is, it is wdidely reported to be British scriptwriter and former drummer with the band Bush, Sacha Gervasi. Halliwell also recently confirmed that she will be joining her fellow band-mates for the "Spice Girls" reunion, which will also feature her performing some of her own hit songs. In addition to that, it was recently announced that she signed a six book deal with Macmillan Children's Books, featuring her own nine-year old creation Ugenia Lavender.
