Kari Wuhrer As a teenager, the American actress and singer used to sing in nightclubs, sneaking out of her family home to perform. Her first television break was working for MTV as a VJ and as a co-host in "Remote Control" in 1987, before moving on to film. After appearing in "The Adventures of Ford Fairlane" and assuming the leading lady role of "Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time" in the early 90s, she then starred in over a dozen straight-to-video sexploitation movies, most notably "Sex and the Other Man", "Vivid", and "Spider's Web".
