Kevin Connolly

Connolly is best known for his role as Eric Murphy aka "E", Vincent Chase's manager, in the hit TV series "Entourage". Prior to the role, Connolly has long appeared here and there, having started his career as a child actor appearing in the series "Great Scott!" (which he won a "Young Artist Award" nomination for Best Young Actor Co-starring in a Television Series), "Wings, "The Beverly Hillbillies", "Getting By" and "ER".
He then tansition to more mature roles in as Ryan Malloy in "Don's Plum (alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire)and "Unhappily Ever After". The latter feature also provided him with his directorial debut having directed six of the episodes in its fourth season.
In addition to the his work on TV, he has also appeared in a number of films including: "John Q", "The Notebook", and "Antwone Fisher". In 2007, he made his film directorial debut with "Gardener of Eden" which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. In addition to that, he has signed on to play the lead role in the Drew Barrymore's new comedy "He's Just Not that Into You".
In his personal life, he was at one time linked with his "Unhappily Ever After" co-star Nikki Cox, and also dated heiress and designer Nicky Hilton from January 2005 to October 2006. Most recently, he has been romantically linked with actress Haylie Duff and "Dancing with the Stars" dancer, Julianne Hough. In June 2007, he was named one of People magazine's hottest bachelors of 2007. Since the writers strike, he has stated he is out of a job, refering to his job on Entourage as it's possible the show may not return, becoming a casualty of the writers strike like many other popular shows did in the 1988 strike.
