Marti Pellow Originally Mark McLachlan, Marti Pellow is the lead singer of the Scottish pop group Wet Wet Wet. The band enjoyed great success in the late 80s and 90s, but suffered after the departure of drummer Tommy Cunningham in 1997. Around this period, Pellow became addicted to heroin to the point of collapsing.
