Paul McGann The English actor made his name as the lead on the BBC serial "The Monocled Mutineer", and garnered much acclaim for his role in the film "Withnail and I". McGann however, is best known for his role as the 8th actor to portray the iconic character of the long running titular series "Dr. Who".
