Phil Collen Phil Collen is one of the guitarists for the British rock band "Def Leppard". He joined the band in 1982 following the firing of then guitarist Pete Willis. Joining the band, he developed a unique bond with guitarist Steve Clark and together they created Def Leppard's trademark dual guitar sound. He and Steve were even known as "The Terror Twins".
